Ipad Mini 4 Trailer
I use this iPad daily. Infact, I'm writing this on my iPad 4. It honestly sucks in 2020 and cannot do some modern tasks and cannot load some websites. Games are laggy or cannot be downloaded. I need to upgrade. However this iPad can do around 75...

Flash has never worked on an iOS device. You should not be getting that message if you are using the YouTube app on the iPad and you shouldn't get in in Safari either.
Try clearing Safari, close ALL apps on your iPad, reset the device then try again.
Settings>Safari>Clear cookies and Data.
To close an app, drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe 'up' on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
